Returns & Refunds
Shipping and Delivery
At PadelNation, we aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Typically, items are shipped within one business day of placing your order. Delivery usually takes between 1-3 business days after dispatch. Orders received before 11 am will be dispatched on the same day. However, please note that delivery times may be affected during public holidays and Black Friday.
For orders over R1000, we offer free shipping. Orders below R1000 will incur a shipping fee of R100 per shipment. For deliveries to particularly remote locations, additional delivery charges may apply.
We provide tracking for all orders and will send you an automated email with tracking information.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, allowing you to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. We are happy to exchange items for other products of equal or higher value at no additional cost. If you wish to return an item for a refund, we can arrange collection from your address for a fee of R150, or you may send the item back to us using your own shipping service. Please note that rackets, balls, and grips are non-returnable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunds.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at sales@padelnation.co.za and send the item(s) to Unit 20, Shakas Industrial Park, Shakashead, 4390. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. However, if you are exchanging goods, we will cover the shipping costs. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. Until we receive and sign for the goods, they remain your responsibility.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We ask that you check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
Refund Process
After we have inspected your returned item, we will inform you of the status of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that this process is handled through our third-party payment system and may take up to five business days.
Gift cards are not eligible for cash redemption or refunds. The following items are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless a manufacturing defect is present:
- Rackets
- Balls
- Gift cards
- Grips
